2. Digital Services & All Sales Final

All services provided by JMSports are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Due to the consumable nature of digital content and real-time delivery of services, all sales are final and non-refundable. By subscribing or purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

All subscriptions purchased through JMSports are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan).

  • You will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

  • Customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time by visiting https://jmsports.recurly.com.

  • We do not offer refunds for failure to cancel in time.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

  • Keep their account credentials secure

  • Monitor renewal dates

  • Cancel subscriptions in a timely manner

  • Review and understand the Terms of Service before purchase

Disputes claiming “unauthorized charges,” “cancelled transactions,” or “defective services” are not valid if the customer received access to our digital content and did not cancel according to the terms outlined here.

5. Modifications to Terms

JMSports reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
